Michelle Csatari, Board

Professional Experience

 

Michelle has been with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development since 2015, where she currently holds the role of Assistant Supervisor. Before joining the department, she worked as an Executive Recruiter at Parker + Lynch from 2013 to 2015, specializing in placing senior-level talent while leveraging her expertise in client needs and industry trends.

 

College Football Experience

Michelle has a strong background in college football, having held several key roles across various programs. She served as the Football Recruiting Coordinator at Dartmouth College from 2010 to 2011, where she managed the recruitment process and contributed to the growth of a competitive Ivy League football program. During her time at Dartmouth, Michelle also served as the Director of the Buddy Teevens Football Camp.

 

Michelle was the Director of Scouting at MSL Sports from 2008 to 2009, where she led football scouting operations to identify emerging talent and support strategic team-building efforts.

Michelle’s background in collegiate football includes roles as Assistant to the Head Football Coach, Defensive Assistant, and Recruiting Assistant at Florida International University from 2007 to 2008, as well as Football Defensive Assistant and Recruiting Assistant at Rutgers University from 2005 to 2007.

 

She began her career as a Student Assistant Equipment Manager/Video at the University of Delaware from 2000 to 2004.

Football Family

Michelle is the daughter of the late Bill Csatari, a former football player at the University of Delaware and a highly regarded head coach at South River High School in New Jersey. Over the course of his coaching career, Bill earned local Coach of the Year honors four times (1977, 1978, 1980 and 1983) and guided his teams to five State Championships, including an impressive 37-game winning streak. His exceptional coaching career culminated in his induction into the New Jersey Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame, recognizing his lasting impact on the sport.
